Purpose and Scope of Application

Used as a primer mixture for walls, floors, and ceilings when arranging bomb shelters and shelters.

Can be used as a standalone coating!

Designed for pre-priming surfaces before applying the final polymer coating. Used for sealing and strengthening porous and weak substrates, preventing dust formation, rotting, and mold growth.

Used for priming concrete, screeds, plasters, colored and black metals, slate, tiles, bricks, artificial and natural stone, drywall, fiberboard, particleboard, plywood, and wood.

Can be used as a standalone coating. Contains no organic solvents.

Application Recommendations

Requirements for the Properties and Preparation of the Concrete Substrate

The properties of the concrete substrate and methods for preparing its surface must comply with current construction and technical standards. The substrate must be strong, homogeneous, clean, dry, free from oils, fats, fragile areas, residues of old peeling coatings, and other contaminants. Treat the substrate using abrasive tools or grinding equipment. Thoroughly remove dust generated during processing using an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Requirements for Application Conditions

The temperature of the primer components, the surface of the substrate, and the surrounding air in the work area: from +10°C to +25°C.

Attention! The temperature of the substrate surface must be at least 3°C above the measured dew point both during the application of the primer and throughout the entire time required for complete polymerization/drying of the primer layer. Relative humidity of the air: no more than 70%.

Method of Application

Pour the entire volume of components 1 and 2 into a mixing container of appropriate volume and mix thoroughly to a homogeneous state for 2-3 minutes. For mixing components, use a low-speed (300-400 rpm) electric mixer.

DO NOT MIX COMPONENTS BY HAND!

Attention! Depending on the reactivity of the components, the curing process of the epoxy composition is accompanied by the release of a certain amount of heat. The “self-heating” of the mixture of epoxy composition components in the mixing container may provoke premature curing. Therefore, it is strongly recommended not to leave the prepared mixture of epoxy composition components directly in the mixing container for an extended period.

Methods of application: brush, roller.

Packaging and Storage

The primer is supplied in airtight plastic containers. The set consists of two components (A, B), total weight — 5 kg; 10 kg. Store the primer in a tightly closed container, protecting it from moisture and direct sunlight, away from heat sources, at a temperature of +5 to +30°C. Do not freeze! The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture without violating storage conditions.

Cleaning of Tools

Working tools and equipment should be rinsed with water immediately after use. Cured mixture can only be removed mechanically.

In case of material contact with skin or eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if necessary. After complete drying and polymerization, it is completely safe and permitted for use in public, residential, and industrial premises, including food production facilities, catering establishments, the pharmaceutical industry, agriculture, and in children’s and medical institutions.

When carrying out work, use personal protective equipment, avoid contact with eyes, respiratory tract, and skin. Keep away from fire.
